An experienced trainer and organisation development practitioner.  I am a fully qualified executive coach with 20 years’ experience in learning and development.  I have built up experience in financial, professional services and utility organisations, establishing and managing talent programmes at all levels from Apprenticeships to C Suite and Partnerships.

When not in work, I enjoy a number of different hobbies, from sea swimming, amateur dramatics, playing drums, Krav Maga (self defence) and learning languages.  My undergraduate degree was in German and Italian studies, which saw me spend a year in Italy; not just becoming fluent in Italian but also experiencing another culture - something which has instilled a curiosity and interest in travel and diversity of cultures.

My practice is centred around my values of Humour, Love of Learning, Kindness, Love and Honesty; meaning that any engagement with me will be person-centred, caring and direct, getting to the heart of what is needed and providing a practical plan to achieve the best results possible for the client.
